Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, Programmable Logic Controllers, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to perform diagnostic analysis, periodic scheduled maintenance, and repairs on state-of-the art car wash equipment by following written and verbal directions.
Safely and accurately use and maintain tools, test equipment, and materials.
Travel to, and perform service on, customer sites throughout the Midwest (up to 15 weeks per year overnight travel possible).
Prepare detailed service invoices for customers.
Consult with customers on operation of equipment, participate in problem-solving and resolution of customer complaints, and positively interact with customers and teammates daily.
Maintain an accurate inventory of parts on company-provided vehicle.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Ability to problem-solve independently and on a fast-paced, safety-oriented, and dynamic team.
Ability to lift repetitively 50 lbs (occasionally lift up to 75 lbs independently).
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a quality driving record.
Ability to work on-call shifts and perform weekend work on a rotational basis.
Prior field service technician, repair technician, or car wash specialist experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
